For more than 50 years we have been providing commercial construction services throughout Southern California. Projects include –the Mercedes Dealership and Service Center in Santa Monica, Temple Community Hospital, general interior and exterior construction, and all types of tenant improvements (office and medical) throughout Los Angeles and Beverly Hills.

Non-Profit

Jensen Zigman is dedicated to working with non-profit agencies in the Los Angeles area. This includes various projects from the Venice Family Clinic, Didi Hirsch Mental Health Facility, Portals, SOVA Food Pantry and Gateways Hospital. We have also built and remodeled many projects for the YWCA (Including the first Job Corps Training Center in Los Angeles) and the YMCA.

Residential

We have built and remodeled high end custom homes in Los Angeles, Malibu, Santa Monica, Pacific Palisades in all types of Architecture and design. We provide residential remodeling and additions projects that range from the low five-figures to several million dollars.
